To make sure they get disinfected, soak them in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes. After you soak you pour spouts, be sure to rinse them in cold water. Then dry them off. Be sure you are constantly staying on top of cleaning them at least every two weeks to ensure that they are clean and pour with accuracy.
