Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, delays in weather or postal service problems that are outside of our control, as well as potential delays due to a high volume of orders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-Store Pick up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 525 Main St, Chester, CA 96020. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will usually be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours from our normal business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions, or if there is any sort of delays.

Our in-store pickup hours are:
Monday 10am - 7pm
Wednesday 10am - 5pm
Thursday 10am - 7pm
Friday 10am - 9pm
Saturday 10am - 9pm
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Destinations

We are not shipping Internationally at this time.
